Backpack with water and minerals, k-way, bike light (rental available), spare and warm clothing
Bike gear: thermal shirt, protective bike pants, suitable MTB shoes, gloves
E-MTB (rental available)
Protective gear: helmet, gloves, optional knee pads

Ascend to “Le Mande” for a hands-on experience with traditional Alpine farming at 2300m. Enjoy tasting local products with stunning views. Intermediate-level descent.
